  4. Pull the cap backward over the head, covering the crown fully.
  5. Check that the elastic sits around the full circumference of the head, touching the skin or close to it at all points.
  6. Check in a mirror or with a colleague that no hair is visible at the temples, sides, or nape.
  7. Do not adjust the cap after entering the production area. If the cap is uncomfortable, leave the area, correct the issue, and re-enter.

Choosing the Right Cap for the Right Zone

Not all bouffant caps are appropriate for all food plant zones.
